Feel free to write about your struggles, successes, what you like/dislike about the program, how we can improve the program and what I could do better. ReplyDeleteAt the moment, in terms of the exercise program, I feel like a mixed bag. I love the biking -- did the equivalent of over 4 miles on Friday, and my legs didn't bother me at all, which is great considering my goal is 10 miles. The weights, however, are killing me -- used those "little" 5-pounders on Friday and only did one set of each exercise, and my arms still hurt such that I could barely move them all weekend. Will look forward to what this week brings...

ReplyDeleteMy Gluteus maximus is killing me. Today's leg work-out was unique but felt really good. I am really pleased with all of the new exercises I am learning. Can't wait until Thursday...
